Aussie legend Paul Kelly is revisiting a holiday classic with a twist.
He’s just dropped “Rita Wrote a Letter”, a darkly comic, ghost-story sequel to his 1996 festive favourite “How to Make Gravy”... and yes, Joe is still talking from the grave.
The clever piano-led single precedes Kelly’s new album, Seventy, arriving November 7 - a rich tapestry of ghost stories, literary inspirations, and soulful reflections on aging.
Kelly is currently on a national tour with his ‘Fever Longing Still’ album – and is at RAC Arena on August 26.
