Telethon is on this weekend - October 18 and 19 - with 26 hours of live entertainment on Channel 7, 7flix, and 7plus!
Expect inspiring stories, special guests, and the amazing generosity of Western Australians supporting sick and vulnerable kids, including this year’s Telethon kids: Izzy, Xavier, and Paige.
Ronan Keating headlines both the opening and closing shows, joined by Shannon Noll, Dami Im, Casey Donovan, and more... plus two days of local artists and plenty of Channel 7 stars.

Rock legend Ace Frehley, co-founder and original lead guitarist of KISS, has died at 74.
Frehley spent several weeks in hospital after a fall before passing away surrounded by family.
Known for his electrifying solos and iconic “Spaceman” persona, Frehley played on nine studio albums and two live records with KISS, helping shape the band’s signature sound and larger-than-life legacy. His family says they’re heartbroken but grateful to have shared his final moments, remembering his laughter, kindness, and the epic impact he made on music and fans around the world.

With Wicked: For Good in cinemas soon, Director John Chu has teased a huge surprise for fans… a mystery celebrity cameo as the voice of the Cowardly Lion.
Chu revealed he personally reached out to the actor on Instagram asking if they would consider the voice role. The actor was keen, and Chu says fans will be blown away then this mystery stars hits the red carpet.

It follows a group of friends on a tropical island vacation which turns horribly wrong when their pet chimp Ben gets bitten by something, and goes on a rage fuelled rampage.
