7 NEWS Perth is entering a new era with a big change to their flagship nightly news.
For over 40 years, Susannah Carr and Rick Ardon have been part of our evenings... trusted voices in our living rooms and expertly delivering the news night after night.
Now, the iconic duo will gently step back from five nights a week, continuing to anchor Thursday through Saturday, while Tim McMillan and Angela Tsun take the desk from Sunday to Wednesday.
McMillan and Tsun are stepping up confidently, reflecting the depth of talent in the WA team.
The changes begin on January 18, marking a respectful transition that keeps familiar faces centre stage while welcoming the next chapter of local news.
