There are rumours swirling that Australian actor Jacob Elordi is being eyed off as the next James Bond.

The Frankenstein and Wuthering Heights star is reportedly emerging as a frontrunner as producers search for a fresh face to take over the iconic 007 role following Daniel Craig’s departure.

Industry insiders say Bond bosses are leaning toward a younger actor to reboot the franchise for a new generation - and Elordi’s global profile, charisma, and dramatic range have put him firmly in the conversation.

While no official casting announcement has been made, the buzz around the Aussie star continues to build.

William Shatner has dropped some heavy news. Literally.

The Star Trek actor posted to Insta saying,
"I have explored space.
I have explored time.
Now… I explore distortion. Yes. You read that correctly.
I am releasing a HEAVY METAL album.
Thirty-five metal virtuosos. Covers of legends like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, and Judas Priest - and a few original.
At 94, one does not slow down. One turns the volume up."

Stay-tuned. The metal voyage begins this year.

Hollywood is mourning the loss of actor Eric Dane, best known for his role as Dr Mark “McSteamy” Sloan on Grey’s Anatomy, who has died at the age of 53.

His passing comes after a 10-month battle with ALS, a diagnosis he publicly revealed last year. His family says he became a passionate advocate for ALS awareness during his illness.

In recent years, he earned renewed acclaim portraying Cal Jacobs on HBO’s Euphoria, with fans set to see one of his final performances in the show’s upcoming third season.

Vale, Eric Dane.

He quickly learns the town is far from ordinary.
