You’re not ready for this news… Kanye West - or as he prefers it - Ye is set to return to the Los Angeles stage with a major “Homecoming” concert at SoFi Stadium on April 3rd.
It will mark his first live performance in LA in five years. The show follows the expected release of his delayed new album Bully.
West recently issued a public apology for past controversial behaviour, saying untreated mental health struggles played a role and asking fans for patience and understanding.
A documentary on US Actress Whoopi Goldberg is in the works.
The film will expand on her memoir Bits and Pieces: My Mother, My Brother and Me, using archival footage and personal stories to trace her journey from a dyslexic kid in New York public housing to an Oscar winner for Ghost and one of the rare EGOT winners.
It will also follow Goldberg revisiting her stage roots as she prepares to revive The Whoopi Monologues at Lincoln Center.
Speaking of biopics Universal Pictures is developing a biopic about rock band Bon Jovi focusing on their early years and rise to fame.
The studio will have access to the band’s full music catalogue, with participation from frontman Jon Bon Jovi.
The film will explore his early influences, including his Beatles-loving mother and the impact of seeing Bruce Springsteen perform as a teenager. There’s currently no release timeline for the project.
The family adventure Flavia centres on Flavia de Luce, an 11-year-old amateur sleuth, who must investigate a murder at her old manor-house home when her father comes under suspicion of the crime.
Starring Martin Freedman, Jonathan Price, and Molly Belle Wright and airs only on Sky TV on April 4.
Zack Galifianakis and Billy Magnussen star in The Audacity.
A tv series set in the bubble of Silicon Valley, where the unorthodox relationship between a wannabe tech titan and his therapist illustrate the Valley's madness and failings.
The Audacity streams on Prime Video from April 12.
