The City of Mandurah’s Channel 7 Crab Fest went off over the weekend.
More than 100,000 people descended upon our beautiful city to enjoy all that was on offer… with Blue Manna Crabs, mermaids, Channel 7 personalities, including Fat Cat... and an epic line-up of homegrown talent.
Plus the headliners!! On Saturday night, Gisella Colletti stunned the crowd with her powerhouse vocals, followed by global sensation Havana Brown, who rocked the crowd into the fireworks, and then ARIA award winner, Thelma Plum rounded out the weekend beautifully yesterday with her smooth tunes and velvety vocals.
All in all – it was crabtastic.
Speaking of live music... Sporty Spice is heading down under!
Melanie C - aka Mel C from the Spice Girls - has announced her Sweat World Tour, and Perth is on the list.
She’ll play the Astor Theatre on November 11, marking the first time a Spice Girl has ever done a full headlining tour of Australia.
Fans can expect a mix of solo hits and a few classic Spice Girls throwbacks.
Tix on sale Wednesday through Live Nation.
Hulu has officially scrapped its planned reboot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
The revival was set to star and be executive-produced by Sarah Michelle Gellar, who was returning as Buffy Summers - but reports say the episode didn’t quite hit the mark.
Despite the cancellation, Hulu says the Buffy universe isn’t dead yet, with new ideas for the franchise reportedly still being explored.
