The Inner Ninja Foundation is a charity which harnesses the voice of live expertise to help support people in achieving mental wellness. The Inner Ninja Foundation are coming to the Billy Dower Youth Centre. Starting on the 15th of October, they will be hosting their free Inner Ninja Us women's group, open for women ages 14-18.
