Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Mandurah on Monday, 6 April 2026.
About 5.10pm, emergency services responded to reports that a push scooter had collided with a blue Mazda on Mandurah Terrace, near Stewart Street.
The 11-year-old male rider of the scooter sustained critical injuries and was taken by St John WA to Peel Health Campus, where he later died.
The 46-year-old male driver of the Mazda stopped at the scene and is assisting police with inquiries.
