Mandurah Detectives have charged an 18-year-old male in relation to an incident that occurred in Pinjarra on Tuesday, 13 January 2026.
WA Police responded yesterday to reports of "a man armed with a firearm" in Pinjarra. Significant police resources were dispatched to the area, including 20 officers, 12 vehicles and air support.
As a result an 18-year-old male was apprehended and charged with:
• Being armed in a way that may cause fear.
• Aggravated home burglary and commit.
• Stealing.
• Breach of Bail.
The male is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 14 January 2026.
