The 2025 Telethon home in Madora Bay has sold for a record price.
Built by Home Group on a 560m² block in the Seaside Estate, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom property went on the market for offers over $1,150,000.
It was announced during the Telethon weekend that the house sold for a whopping $1.375 million.
It is the third time the Telethon Home has been built in Madora Bay thanks to a partnership between Home Group and Satterley.
