An 86-year-old man missing in South Yunderup has been found safe and well.
Police put out an urgent appeal for help to find Oliver Clover who went missing after 5pm on Sunday.
Serious concerns were held for his welfare as he suffers from dementia.
Police have since confirmed they had located Mr Clover.
