The City of Mandurah have announced the event ambassadors for the 2024 Mandurah Crab Festival in March.
Home and Away actor James Stewart will join former Australian cricketer Mathew Hayden and his television presenter daughter Grace Hayden as the event's ambassadors.
The trio will make their make to Mandurah for the Crab Fest weekend running from March 16 - 17.
Festival goers will be able to catch James, Matthew and Grace on the Cooking Stage and various other locations over the weekend.
They'll join a range of other Australian personalities including Blake and Amanda Proud from My Kitchen Rules, 7 News Perth host Susannah Carr, and Paul West from River Cottages Australia.
The ambassadors were announced during yesterdays media launch which was attended by Better Homes and Gardens host Johanna Griggs, 7NEWS Perth presenters Susannah Carr and Samantha Jolly and Mandurah Mayor Rhys Williams.
Major Rhys Williams said it's set to be an awesome weekend in Mandurah.
“We are excited to welcome our 2024 Event Ambassadors to Mandurah and I look forward to showcasing our beautiful city with them and the thousands of visitors coming here to enjoy everything we have to offer," Mayor Williams said.
“Mandurah really is the place to be over Crab Fest weekend with our City Centre, marina and stunning waterfront spaces alive with people, entertainment and activity, and is certainly part of the reason why Mandurah is Australia’s Top Tourism Town."
