Mandurah Detectives are investigating an assault that happened over the weekend.
Police say a group of people were involved in a verbal altercation outside a licensed premises on Smart Street around 4.30am on Saturday, March 2.
"A physical altercation quickly ensued, during which time a 50-year-old man was knocked unconscious. He was conveyed via ambulance to Peel Health Campus," a WA Police spokesperson said.
