Police are calling on witnesses to a serious crash in Whitby near Mundijong.
A grey Ford sedan collided with a stationary green Toyota Prius hatchback southbound on South Western Highway, near the Keirnan Street intersection about 12.25pm on Thursday, May 21.
"As a result of the impact, the Toyota Prius was subsequently involved in a collision with a white Chrysler 300C sedan travelling northbound on South Western Highway," a WA Police spokesperson said.
The 82-year-old female driver and 85-year-old male passenger of the grey Ford sedan were both conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained.
