Firefighters have worked through the night to extinguish a bushfire in Port Kennedy.
It started in bushland near the Lark Hill Sportsplex on Warnbro Sound Avenue around 11.15pm on Tuesday, prompting a bushfire advice for nearby residents.
There is no threat to lives and homes but people are being asked to take care in the area.
The cause is unknown.
People are asked to report any suspicious behaviour to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
