Gang of youths remain on run after Warnbro servo break-in

Police are continuing their hunt for a group of youths who broke into a Warnbro service station.

A staff member activated a duress alarm about 9.20pm on Wednesday, July 15 after the gang of youths allegedly forced open the locked front sliding doors and entered the BP on Warnbro Sound Avenue near Halliburton Avenue.

"The group then allegedly intimidated the cashier and threw food items around the premises," a WA Police spokesperson said.

"The staff member retreated to a secure staff room and remained there until police arrived; he was not injured.

"The group left the scene prior to police attendance."

Inquiries remain ongoing and no arrests have been made at this stage.
