The State Government has launched a new recruitment campaign as the Western Australian Police Force embarks on the single biggest recruitment drive in the State's history.
The new campaign - 'Let's Join Forces' has been developed to help attract hundreds of new police officers over the next four years.
'Let's Join Forces' showcases the diversity of the WA Police Force and the different situations they may face as an officer.
The $1.8 million campaign will run across multiple platforms including TV, radio, digital venue advertising, out of home and print.
"A career in the Police is not just some ordinary job," Premier Mark McGowan said.
"I know from my own time in the Navy that you create bonds of friendship and camaraderie that can sustain you through the good times and the bad.
"It's a pretty special thing to serve the community in this way and I encourage everyone who can, to put their hands up for a rewarding career."
