Police have charged a 32-year-old man after an incident that occurred on Saturday, 24 July 2021.
Around 10.30pm, an 18-year-old woman was picked up by a ride-share vehicle in West Perth. It is alleged during the journey the driver indecently assaulted the woman.
The 32-year-old man from Glendalough has been charged with 'One count of Unlawful and Indecent Assault'.
He is due to appear before the Mandurah Magistrates Court on 10 September 2021.
