Mandurah has shivered through its coldest morning on record.
The mercury dipped to just 3.9C at 7am on Friday, the lowest temperature since records began at the Mandurah weather station 24 years ago.
"That's not only a July record, that's an annual record," Jessica Lingard from the Bureau of Meteorology said.
"The coldest temperature we've previously reported was 4.4C on the 9th July 2015, so this is a new record for the station this morning."
Pinjarra dropped to -0.2C, Dwellingup -0.8C and Bunbury 0.9C.
Rockingham's Garden Island dipped to 6.2C.
