The WA Police are looking to urgently locate 49-year-old Hayden Burbank and 39-year-old Mark Babbage.
Mr Burbank and Mr Babbage recently arrived from interstate and are suspected of failing to comply with a Direction (Emergency Management Act).
It is believed they were in the South West of the state yesterday, driving in a black Audi - WA registration 1GWR 307.

Mr Burbank is described as being 49 years, 180 cms tall, with a medium build and short brown hair.
Mr Babbage is described as being 38 years, 180 cms tall, with a slim build and short brown hair.
Anyone who sees either man is urged to call police immediately on 131 444.
