Police have surrounded a service station in Kwinana after a man climbed onto the roof.
It is understood the man has been on the roof of the BP on Chisham Avenue since around 3am.
Officers are working to safely bring him down and members of the public are advised to stay clear of the area.
DFES and St John Ambulance are also on the scene.
