Rockingham MP Magenta Marshall has announced she is expecting her first child.
The 29-year-old shared the news via her Facebook page on Sunday night.
"Jake and I are so excited to share that we’re expecting our lil rainbow baby this year," she wrote.
"I grew up in Cooloongup and I know that our community is the best place to raise a family. I’m ready for this next chapter and I’m committed to continue working hard for Rockingham."
Ms Marshall has been the Member for Rockingham for the last seven months after winning the by-election in July 2023.
