A 50-year-old man has been charged with a string of firearm offences after police raided his Samson home.
Detectives, who are investigating the theft of about 100 guns from Claremont Firearms in Yangebup, executed several search warrants on Tuesday, November 26.
One of those was at a house on McKenzie Road in Samson.
Police allegedly seized several items of interest consist with the manufacture/modification of firearms along with modified handguns, ammunition and a small amount of methylamphetamine.
The seized items and charges are not related to the Claremont Firearms burglary.
A 50-year-old man from Samson was refused bail and appeared in the Fremantle Magistrates Court on Wednesday, November 27.
He is next due to appear in court on December 20.
