A 16-year-old boy has died in a horror crash in Mandurah.
Police say a a beige Chrysler 300 sedan and a grey Ford Falcon sedan collided at the intersection of Mandurah Road and Pinjarra Road about 10.15pm on Sunday, January 18.
The 18-year-old female driver of the Chrysler was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries.
Her 16-year-old male passenger was taken to Peel Health Campus where he sadly passed away.
The 34-year-old male driver of the Ford was not injured.
