Two men in their 30's have been charged with murder following an incident in Australind.
Paramedics were called to an incident in a carpark on The Promenade in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police will allege that, at approximately 1.05am on Sunday August 2, when the 29-year-old male victim left the area on foot, he was followed by the two accused, before one allegedly assaulted him with a pole.
The victim was taken to Bunbury Hospital with critical injuries but was declared deceased.
A 30-year-old man and a 33-year-old man have since been charged with one count each of ‘Murder’.
The men are set to face Bunbury Magistrates court on Monday.
