The Critics Choice Awards were on Monday in LA and it was kind of a carbon copy of the Golden Globes last weekend, with Oppenheimer taking out 8 awards including the big one for Best Picture; Christopher Nolan won Best Director, and the cast for Best Acting Ensemble - but Cillian Murphy was snubbed for Best Actor – that went instead to Paul Giamatti for The Holdovers.

Barbie took home 6 Critics Choice Awards including Best Comedy, Best Costume Design, and Greta Gerwig for Best Original Screenplay.

And the Best Original Song for I’m Just Ken – with Ryan Gosling's reaction absolutely priceless!

Emma Stone won Best Actress for Poor Things again beating Margot Robbie for Barbie, and Robert Downey Jr. took out Best Supporting Actor for Oppenheimer.

In the TV categories - Succession took out Best TV Drama Series, Kieran Culkin won Best Actor and Aussie’s Sarah Snook took out Best Actress.
Australian’s Elizabeth Debicki also won Best Supporting Actress for her role as Princess Diana in The Crown.

The Bear won Best Comedy Series, with leads Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri winning Best Actor and Actress.

And Harrison Ford was honoured with The Career Achievement Award.

We have the trailer for Guy Ritchie’s - The Gentleman – a new drama series inspired by the movie starring Theo James, Vinnie Jones and Jian-carlo Espozito from Breaking Bad.

The Gentleman is coming soon on Netflix.
