A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital after hitting a kangaroo in Capel.
The man was riding along Railway Road near Gavins Road just before 5.30am on Tuesday when he crashed into the animal.
He received leg injuries and has been flown to Royal Perth Hospital.
The kangaroo died at the scene.
