A new shopping centre is coming to Baldivis.
Located off Nairn Drive near Amazon Drive in the new Spires Estate, the Stargate Shopping Centre will feature a Woolworths, specialty stores, a GP and a pharmacy.
Construction will begin this year and is due for completion in 2024.
Member for Baldivis Reece Whitby joined City of Rockingham Mayor Deb Hamblin to turn the sod at the site last week.
