Police are calling on witnesses to a crash on the Kwinana Freeway in Baldivis.
A blue Ford Fiesta hatchback collided with a white Mercedes Benz 4WD in the northbound lanes near Karnup Road around 6.15pm on Friday April 9.
Both drivers and a passenger suffered injuries and were taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage of the crash is asked to upload the footage using the below link.
