It happened near the intersection of Pinjarra Road and Leslie Street around 6.50am on Tuesday.
Motorists are advised to drive carefully through the area.
On Monday, a larger boat slid off its trailer at the intersection of Casuarina Drive and Old Coast Road in Halls Head.
