A 14-year-old girl has been charged over an alleged crime spree that ended in Stake Hill.
The girl allegedly stole a Mitsubishi Lancer from a food delivery driver on Ghost Gum Boulevard in Banksia Grove around 7.35pm on Saturday.
The driver was making a delivery at a house when the car was allegedly stolen.
"A number of items left at the scene have been linked to a stealing incident at a bottle shop on Joondalup Drive, Banksia Grove which occurred about 6:25pm," a WA Police spokesperson said.
Around 11.25pm, the girl allegedly stole fuel from a service station on Warwick Road in Duncraig.
Fifteen minutes later police spotted the stolen vehicle travelling south on the Kwinana Freeway near the Narrows Bridge in Perth.
It allegedly accelerated away from officers, who did not attempt to pursue it.
The police airwing followed the vehicle along the Kwinana Freeway.
A stinger device was then deployed under the Mandjoogoordap Drive overpass.
The car then came to a stop about 1km north of the Lakes Road exit where the 14-year-old driver was taken into custody.
The girl from Beechboro has been charged with two counts of stealing, one count of stealing a motor vehicle, failing to stop, reckless driving and no authority to drive.
She was refused bail and will appear in the Perth Children's Court on May 30.
