WorkSafe is investigating the death of a painter in Mandurah.
The man in his 60s was working from an A-frame ladder on Thursday, January 30 when he fell, suffering critical injuries.
Tragically, he passed away on Monday, February 3.
WorkSafe Commissioner Sally North said the man’s death was a tragedy and relayed her sincere condolences to his family and friends.
